Liked: Breakfast was great as were the room and location.
Disliked: Wedding was on when we stayed and the room next door was partying from midnight-3am playing loud music through a speaker. Groups of guests not at the wedding were in the room. Contacted staff but nothing was done.

Liked: Hotel is lovely stayed for 1 night as an overnight with my fiancee. We had a meal at orchid restaurant and it was fantastic couldn’t fault it. Staff couldn’t have been more friendly as well.
Disliked: Only one issue was there was wedding on and we were woken up by the extremely loud wedding party outside our room at 1am who were banging doors and shouting (including ours for some reason). We had woke up suddenly and they were at it for at least an hour. Walls/doors are obviously quite thin! Not sure if staff were aware as was not ideal. Room was also incredibly humid and no air con etc ventilation

A noce hotel, ideal for...

Liked: Breakfast was fine, although I ordered Eggs Royale and actually got Eggs Benedict
Disliked: Hotel allowed me to book and pay for a room, then 1 hour later called me to say that my room is located above the function suite and that it maybe noisy until midnight. They offered to cancel rater than relocate, was not impressed that such rooms were not identified prior to booking.

Liked: Room was good ,very clean, Comfortable lovely bathroom Staff were Very Attentive & Pleasant, Restaurant is Beautiful, Food Excellent, Lovely Wine
Disliked: View was terrible (room 105) nobody wants to look onto a roof ,l had booked this night away as a Surprise Birthday Gift for My Husband.
