Front desk not friendly

Liked: Location
Disliked: Front desk staff very insensitive and with NO desire of even print a recipe. Also the room that I booked was not available and they booked me in the lowest floor with double beds. Exactly what I don’t request

Clean Hotel. Close to DFW

Liked: Clean room. Great powerful shower.
Disliked: No bottled water in the room. Marriott could have provided at least something for Bonvoy members. I wasn't even recognized as a Bonvoy member at the reception. The receptionist refused to even take my number.

I would not stay at...

Liked: The room was comfortable
Disliked: The property over all felt very dark and like a dungeon. Hated the carpet . We were starving and decided to eat at the restaurant as there wasn’t anything close to the hotel .The breakfast food tasted stale and the cereal container crushed the cereal . At $20 for cereal and croissant that were stale,not a good deal.
