Liked: Very nice staff-Especially Johnee! She was extremely helpful with all my questions-changed my room when I didn’t have internet and even took my dinner order and called back to make sure I got it because the app was not working! She was GREAT!!
Disliked: The property was dated but very clean-the one thing I had a problem with was it’s very difficult to roll the suitcases on the hallway carpets

Disliked: Staff- upon arrival, front desk was fast to judge if I even had a reservation until I showed my confirmation from booking.com. She could’ve been a little more friendlier about it, but made me feel like I was not supposed to be there. We stayed at the hotel for work related activities. On the day that we were to check out, my husband took me to the last day of my conference early in the morning. Upon his return to the hotel, which was about 8 o’clock in the morning, they told him he was already checked out and he could not enter the room where our belongings were. They also gave him a hard time when he was going to eat breakfast. They were quite rude, thinking he was just crashing the place and they were reluctant about him going back to the room to gather our belongings way before checkout time. we’ve stayed at many hotels before, but this is the first time we received this kind of treatment. I’m not blaming the hotel. It was the staff that made it so uncomfortable.
