Disliked: Staff- upon arrival, front desk was fast to judge if I even had a reservation until I showed my confirmation from booking.com. She could’ve been a little more friendlier about it, but made me feel like I was not supposed to be there. We stayed at the hotel for work related activities. On the day that we were to check out, my husband took me to the last day of my conference early in the morning. Upon his return to the hotel, which was about 8 o’clock in the morning, they told him he was already checked out and he could not enter the room where our belongings were. They also gave him a hard time when he was going to eat breakfast. They were quite rude, thinking he was just crashing the place and they were reluctant about him going back to the room to gather our belongings way before checkout time. we’ve stayed at many hotels before, but this is the first time we received this kind of treatment. I’m not blaming the hotel. It was the staff that made it so uncomfortable.

Liked: Location was perfect. Breakfast buffet was good. Room was comfortable and bed was comfy.
Disliked: The shuttle service was very disappointing. I called the hotel prior to arrival to make sure I knew exactly how to utilize the airport shuttle. I advised the hotel staff that I would be arriving late, around 10pm at night and they assured me that the shuttle runs 24 hours. I called once I landed and was told to go to a specific location at the airport for pickup and was told they would call me if I wasn’t there. I waited 40 minutes at the location and the shuttle never came. As a female traveling alone late at night I was extremely upset that not only did the shuttle not come but after I gave up and ordered a cab, I never received a phone call from the shuttle asking if I still needed the shuttle, which is what the hotel staff told me would happen. I don’t believe that the shuttle ever came. Again, as a female traveling late at night alone this is concerning. This was my only complaint. Everything else about my stay met expectations.
