Liked: Nice room
Disliked: The music was too loud in all public places, even outside at the pool.

I’m overall a fine place....

Liked: Staff was exceptional
Disliked: The fact that they charged for WIFiIn this day and age I trust it was outrageous !!!

The amazing staff makes up...

Liked: The staff cannot do enough for you, so helpful, so polite and extremely attentive. The Chef so amazing and the bar staff extremely attentive.
Disliked: toilet didn't flush, door was broken, bed not changed in 7 nights, breakfast is the same daily.

Liked: Hotel location, walking distance to a lot of restaurants. All staff were friendly, especially the bar staff. The bar did get busy at night, but it was mostly business people and easy to network.
Disliked: My room the heat did not work and it was 20 degrees outside. My coworkers room never really got hot water, but I did.

Disliked: No shuttle after sight saying 3 miles shuttle provided. No bottle water in room on either days after cleaning. Room was clearly cleaned in a hurry. Not making sure all soaps where replenished on a daily bases. Dirty towels was left in bathtub, so it clearly shows it wasnt cleaned.
