Dallas Love Field Inn

At the last minute my 10 year old grandaughter wanted to go on the trip with us, so I called the front desk and asked if they had a cot or fold out bed or something that my grandaughter could sleep on. At first they told me yes and that it would cost $10.00 so I said that it was fine and asked them to bring one up to the room. Then I was told it was $15.00. I then said that was fine and to put one in my room because I had to go out. When we returned to the motel there was no bed. I called down to the front desk and asked where the bed was then I was told they didn't have any. So I ended up sleeping on the floor. Worst night of our trip.

Liked: This is by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed at.full of drug dealers and prostitutes. And the homeless community breaks in the rooms and robs the guests. I had 350 of my favorite clothes left in a basket there. I called right away.but they turn the volume down on it and never answer.i went back that night,l and was told I would have to talk to the morning cleaning staff.the manager screamed at me that they we're not responsible and to get off her property.weirdly when the rules are clearly displayed and it only say not responsible for stolen property out of vehicles. The she said she new nothing even about missing clothes,just as 2 homeless girls walked by WEARING my clothes.i think her name was Miss Perut.i and several times for the owner's number and she would not give it to me. I am going to go take a small claims case against the hotel and her personally. Also throughout 2 weeks there it was 2x room was broken into and they also left my doors wide open and took all of my Bath and Body Works lotion. And the rooms were infested with cockroaches so unbelievable I didn't know until after the first week staying there because we work so many hours and then they wouldn't give me a refund and they try to say that I brought them with me when clearly throughout talking to people that was not the case.My name us sherrylee neigel my address is 112 private r rd 806Chilton tx 76632I need a lawyer and someone to help me get compensated for my parents suffering and my personal blinds that were selling from me and to get the stuff through fired. She nor any person on her staff knows what customer service is or a clean hotel room

The only good thing I could possibly say about it because I had to stay there I recently been divorced the little displays since I was thrown out of a rental because they didn't like my animals and other refusing my things back in this hotel allowed half of my things I had left to be taken from me

Liked: The location was about the only good thing about this hotel.
Disliked: It was dirty. There were dead cockroaches in the bathroom. There was no 2nd lock- it was missing half of the lock. The floors were either dirty or stained. The water smelled weird from the faucet.

Liked: I like the fact that the air conditioning worked... But other than that nothing...
Disliked: What didn't I like everything... And then I forgot to mention in my email that I sent; about how trying to use the TV you have to pay to use it... And then the TV keeps disconnecting to the Wi-Fi like how are you charging all this money and have such poor Wi-Fi.. I understand the more people that are on it the slower it gets but it was just ridiculous...

Liked: Location was okay. Nothing more.
Disliked: It was disgusting. The pictures are not at all what it actually looks like. People were trying to sell me drugs every time I walked out the door. So I guess if you want a cheap place to stay and cheap drugs this is the place to go.
