Dallas Love Field Inn

At the last minute my 10 year old grandaughter wanted to go on the trip with us, so I called the front desk and asked if they had a cot or fold out bed or something that my grandaughter could sleep on. At first they told me yes and that it would cost $10.00 so I said that it was fine and asked them to bring one up to the room. Then I was told it was $15.00. I then said that was fine and to put one in my room because I had to go out. When we returned to the motel there was no bed. I called down to the front desk and asked where the bed was then I was told they didn't have any. So I ended up sleeping on the floor. Worst night of our trip.

Disliked: For starters there was a $20 deposit on top of my reservation that was not stated from the owners prior to booking. On top of that I did not even get my deposit back. As soon as I got inside the room the the TV fell off the TV mount. The deadbolt was broken and pieces were missing from the door. While me and my husband was sleep room service was not aware we were there and walked in on us. If the deadbolt was fixed that would’ve of even happened and the staff was very rude
