The staff is so much...

Liked: The location and staff were great!
Disliked: Some daya some people made too much noise till late at night.

standard student dorms, not a...

Liked: fairly inexpensive, great location, friendly staff
Disliked: OK beds...what you would expect for a student dorm....no air conditioning and it got HOT in the room

Room had all the amenities...

Liked: Lovely staff, always able to get a shower when I wanted. Very quiet and slept really well, loved having a little sink in my room! Some good cafes nearby and the walk to downtown was lovely. Room was spacious and well equipped.
Disliked: Often found that the showers were pretty cold.

Liked: I liked the staff. They were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Without air conditioner, the room was hot at night when the temperature was high.

Liked: Mostly everything was good.
Disliked: Only issue i had was when they tried to overcharge me 14$ on top of the rate listed on the total price of the booking from this app. They tried to blame it on taxes which still didnt add up to the extra charge. Then they tried a few more excuses. Then I had enough and said I want a refund of the excess fees because there was no justified reason for it.

Great location and facilities, but...

Liked: Super quiet and clean, the front door staff were very friendly. And it's very well located, easy walking distance to the waterfront and the public gardens (Gerard Hall). Loved the access to fridge, kettle and microwave.
Disliked: There were no dishes in the kitchen! I had some camping stuff with me and was able to use that to cook some meals.
