We enjoyed our stay in...

Liked: We had a beautiful room in the new extension overlooking the golf course. Breakfast was pretty good in a lovely light room on the first floor again overlooking golf course.We enjoyed two swims in small pool which was lovely and warm. Not many loungers and pool was a bit dirty with very small changing room. It had a heater which made a terrible noise which rather spoiled the ambience.
Disliked: The noisy heater in the pool.

Liked: Breakfast and dinner were both fabulous and reasonably priced. The reception man was really lovely and helpful.Pool was lovely and warm
Disliked: Pool was nice but looks a bit dated and in need of a lick of paint. Not enough loungers either.

Liked: Clean, loads of character, nice views, very quite & very helpful staff.
Disliked: The room was rather hot as the heated towel rail was on all night and the fire alarm sounded early on a Sunday Morning. But other than those minor things would stay again.

Liked: Breakfast good. Teapots don't keep the tea hot so lukewarm tea in the morning wasn't ideal. Staff was nice and helpful.
Disliked: Coffee machine for lattes etc at breakfast would have been nice offer.Google rating for restaurant was 2 and a half stars so nearly didn't go. We did go to the main restaurant and the service was good and the food was nice. Would suggest you split the restaurants on Google as I suspect the Orangery is pulling down the ratings as it is more casual. Get customers to post Google reviews.

Liked: Excellent location very quiet, excellent WiFi and TV, friendly staff, plenty of parking for my large van, good food, very comfortable bed.
Disliked: Food service a bit slow in the bar area.

Liked: The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.Breakfast was excellent, freshly cooked and as much as you wanted.
Disliked: The room was far too hot. The thermostat was set at 24 degrees and couldn't be changed which was unbearable.Reception were unable to do anything about it.
