Nice weekend away

Liked: Nigel the Valet goes above and beyond, we really liked him Beautiful hotelLovely location Loved the style and vibe of hotel
Disliked: Air conditioning didn’t workPillows were awfulCouldn’t book breakfast because they had no space but it didn’t look very busy to us

Comfiest bed ever

Liked: The beds are the comfiest beds I have ever slept in. The room is so modern and comfy and is immaculate, I actually don’t know how they got it so clean! We had a drink on the terrace and the cocktails are incredible. The staff are really friendly and make you at ease. Overall an incredible stay, I will be using Dakota hotels in the future for sure however I don’t know how they will top this stay in Manchester.
Disliked: Nothing could have been better, the location is probably fitting of the expansion of Manchester and just a 15 minute walk to the town centre but you pass various shops and food outlets on the way which are currently trending. The hotel is so nice it would benefit from a Spa or niche pool to take it to that next level but this isn’t a necessity.

Disliked: We were surprised our room had not been freshened up by 4pm - we had come back to get ready to go out for the evening and had no coffee in the room or toilet roll - we had to ask for these.
