Liked: I upgraded to a Signature Suite which was a fantastic room, very spacious ultra modern and cool.

Disappointed having stayed here previously

Liked: Situated centrally,high standard of decor outside and inside. Large room size and great shower in bathroom
Disliked: The air conditioning would not turn off all night even though powered off on wall control panel .Mattress was very uncomfortable and soft it dipped in the middle would need replaced in order to have a good nights sleep

Good night in Leeds

Liked: The staff were friendly, helpful and polite. The room was spacious, well equipped and comfortable.
Disliked: We returned to the hotel at 10.45pm after a concert to he told it was last orders at the bar. As residents, we didn't expect the bar to close at 11pm.
