Excellent Stay - Highly Recommended

Liked: We were visiting as we were attending Gymfest in Ravenscraig Sports Centre and had a fantastic experience at this hotel from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making check-in smooth and stress-free especially after the long journey from Thurso, Caithness. The room was spotless, and very comfortable, with thoughtful touches like complimentary water and toiletries. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere and how well-maintained everything was. When i arrived at the room I was welcomed with a note from Sophie, wishing us luck at Gymfest and thought this was really kind and a lovely personal touchLocation-wise, the hotel is ideally situated: close to the sports centre, and while very close to the motorway, there was no road noise heard in the rooms, I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again.
Disliked: Nothing could be better. It is a fantastic hotel and the staff are amazing

Disliked: The whole property is very dark. Everywhere is dark and it feels a bit oppressive
