Liked: The grounds were beautiful
Disliked: The property is not well kept, facets falling off doors won’t close properly. Rooms were not overly clean. Fire alarm went off at 6:30 am and no front desk staff was around for 30+ minutes had no idea what was going on. No refund was offered at checkout. Very disappointed with our stay.

Liked: Everything except room temperature.
Disliked: Room temperature was way too hot. I fought with the thermostat from 11 pm until 3 am. I think it was auto set at 24 and would not change.

Disliked: 1 roll of TP, no Kleenex, no food to be had after 2 besides a muffin or coffee no vouchers for casino. Should have more native art… would be a great place to name missing native women bring awareness and someone might have information.

Liked: The property well maintained, clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the scenery from the 7th floor while the children enjoyed the pool. The staff friendly and helpful.
Disliked: We needed to use a microwave for my grandson none in the room.
