Liked: The hotel was lovely, clean and tidy. Bathroom area was lovely and clean. Staff fantastic and as far as I could tell had everything you would need for a nice holiday
Disliked: The hotel was not offering the breakfast as advertised and I had not received an email to tell me this. The lady was so helpful and dealt with us brilliantly but I feel some communication would of been helpful beforehand

Liked: Clean rooms (could do with modernisation). Good tea and coffee facilities in the room. Friendly staff.
Disliked: We weren’t told when booking that it would be a continental breakfast. Having paid for breakfast we expected a cooked breakfast. We would’ve been happy to eat this outside but a continental breakfast in our room with 3 children under 5 was not an enjoyable or relaxing start to our days.
