Liked: Great room, followed are preferences and great breakfasts included. We didn't wait long, perfect quick service, and great food cooked perfectly
Disliked: Unfortunately, the radiator in the room wasn't working, and no heat was coming from it at all. However, there was an oil radiator, but there wasn't much heat coming from that

Fantastic hotel

Liked: Fantastic hotel. Great location. Free and easy parking. Pre order breakfast night before and was all ready for when we sat down. Staff sorted our every need.

Disliked: Requested an accessible room but still had to manage stairs

Liked: Breakfast was poor ,
Disliked: The bathroom smelt of sewerage,had to leave extractor fan on,and get bleach from nightporter to try and reduce the smell

Liked: The hotel itself was fab and very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was nice and a good size.
Disliked: The bed wasn't all that comfortable, the heating was on in room and I was so hot, when I opened the little window the noise was horrendous from the wind. Me and my partner were one of 4 groups staying that were under 50. Couldn't get in to the bar for bingo or entertainment as there wasn't enough space. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, we chose what we wanted the night before but when we went for breakfast they didn't know where to sit us or what we was having. Eventually got given a table. I had a bowl of cornflakes amd asked for a full breakfast. This was the disappointing part 1 sausage, 1fried egg, 1 bit of bacon, and a little spoon of beans and a fried slice that you could break a tooth on. So here is the bit that I really felt like I wasn't welcome. Other people had come down to the table and they were given more than we had for breakfast. We felt as though because we were only there for 1 night it wasn't important enough to make sure we had the same as everyone else. I think the older people were there for a tinsel and turkey break. Other than that there is no complaints. I wouldn't stay again at this hotel only because we felt like we shouldn't have been there as it was mainly over 50s.
