Lovely hotel

Liked: Great location with parking. The hotel is easily accessible for us with mobility and stairs issues. Breakfast has really improved since our last visit!

Liked: We ate dinner in the restaurant & in the bar & food & choice was excellent! Room was at back of property & really quiet, mattreses were in need of being renewed when we were there. Staff were really friendly. We had car so didn't use public transport to get in& out of Derry centre - about a 20-30min walk to Foyle centre.
Disliked: Mattreses were definitely in need of renewing!

Definatley not a 4 star...

Liked: The staff were accomodating professional and approachable.
Disliked: The rooms/hotel definatley did not feel 4 star, carpets and bathrooms could do with a serious upgrade. The breakfast hot plates were not turned on or they were faulty and as a result everyting in them was stone cold. I highlighted the issue to staff and they subsequently removed all the food and cooked remaining breakfast's fresh.
