Liked: Such a cozy room. The fireplace was so comforting, and the room was immaculate.
Disliked: I would have the TV over the fireplace.

Liked: The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. Overall, it matched the photos online. Very convenient location. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
Disliked: I know I booked a standard room, but it would have been nice to have a mini-fridge.

Liked: It was very nice stay. Huge rooms. Conveniently located to Smith college. I appreciate it that you could get a small bottle of wine from the concierge. Breakfast was typical. Coffee pot in the room worked well

Liked: The hotel rooms/suites were absolutely wonderful and clean. My family loved the swimming pool area. The hotel location is very close to all 5 colleges in the area. Overall a great hotel for families to stay.
Disliked: Inside breakfast cafeteria is very small with limited seating. My family sat outside, but was periodically irritated by bees.

Liked: Great restful night. Excellent breakfast. Service was beyond. I had a flat tire and the GM obtained an air compressor and refilled it so I could get to the auto shop. Very kind and helpful.
