The hotel was filthy and...
Liked: Nothing about this place was good. If I could leave zeros stars I would.
Disliked: I don’t think anybody cleaned the room before we arrive. There was trash on the nightstand. The phone was in the drawer with no hook up to call the front desk. The dresser was missing a drawer. The other drawer was half hanging and broken. The AC did not get cold all night. There was dirt and dust in the bathroom with holes filled with paper towels shoved into them. Everytime you moved in the bed the springs would make a loud noise. It was the worst hotel I have ever experience. It was so dirty.

If they don’t refund my...
Liked: I never stayed at this Motel. The Motel didn’t meet my living standards. However, the Motel management was very accommodating in giving me refund. However, 3-weeks in Oyo is very difficult in refunding the money. It has been 3 weeks now and I’m still dealing with the refund; having to go through my bank. I wouldn’t use Oyo facilities again. In a small city the Motel is not what is advertised on Priceline.com. I won’t post the pictures I took of the three rooms they showed me because management at the motel didn’t what Oyo expected them to do to refund the customer, Oyo has yet to follow thru. The hold up is they want the routing number and account number of the bank card I used not the card I use to refund me; and they created an email that I would not be able to access to get the code needed to process the request for refund. Not trusting their refund process..
