Liked: The spacious rooms, cleanliness and very attentive and friendly staff. there are many free services that are also pleasant.access to several nearby restaurants is appreciable. apart from the coffee, the breakfast was not bad
Disliked: the breakfast coffee was a bit too light. the meeting room in the basement is not very pleasant. Not having a table in this room is not practical

Disliked: I didn't like the bed + the terrace was closed (one of the reasons we booked this accommodation)

The stay was ok, very...
Liked: I liked that the hotel was close to the metro and a number of restaurants, also the reception staff were really helpful.
Disliked: The cleaner would often not clean thoroughly on a daily basis. I also struggled to get an iron, the hotel has one iron which is very difficult to secure. There was water provided only first day and other days nothing in the rooms. The breakfast was not something I liked at all, the same thing everyday and no hot food except tea and coffee

Skip this hotel, basic things...
Liked: People working at the reception were very nice.
Disliked: Cleaning ladies entering the room every day even though we had the sign on every morning. Internet wasn't working and AC was very weak. Then they came to "fix" it and it started blowing on the bed.

A very comfy, friendly and...
Liked: The staff members are very friendly and helpful. The location is convenient. It is close to the city centre and the train station (Torino Porta Nuova). The room is very nice, clean, spacious, and comfy. The room is, in general, well equipped and has an air-conditioning unit.
Disliked: Nevertheless, it would be good to have a fan in the room if the operating hours of the AC unit are limited during summer time, because of the city's energy policy. A small desk and an extra chair would be nice.

This is a student dormitory/hostel...
Liked: The location was pretty good. The staff was pretty friendly. The rooftop had a nice view.
Disliked: Booking.com's site does not make it clear that this is NOT a hotel but a student dormitory. Only university students on all floors and then one floor of "hotel" rooms. The pictures are outdated – it is way less fresh and clean looking, it's pretty dingy and drab. The AC is super weak, we had to ask for a fan as we were melting in the 37 degree heat. Everything feels worn and dirty – to get to the gym you have to walk through the students' study rooms, which is very awkward. We felt totally out of place and would not recommend staying here. What made it worse was that the students kept walking through the gym to smoke and left the doors to the alley open, so we were inhaling smoke while trying to exercise. Truly terrible. Would not stay here again.Oh and the entire building is under construction.
