Very good

Liked: Personal touch like a welcoming card, cold water in the fridge etc.., Small things do make difference. Nice common area where you can drink/eat and play pool.
Disliked: Under renovation. People working next to your window. But that didn't bother us much as we were mostly outdoor sightseeing the beautiful city Turin.

Liked: Despite external building works the hotel was quiet and perfect for our stay. Very big room and a balcony we could enjoy a coffee on.

OK if you are lucky

Liked: Good location, friendly staff, good general condition.
Disliked: - The air conditioning was making a lot of noise but not cooling at all (room 523). I had to turn it off and open a window to have some air in the night. In the morning, lots of noise was done by workers renovating the building, they were walking in front of the windows all the time, I had to keep the curtains fully closed until the check-out.- The free drink ticket given at the reception was valid only for drinks containing sugar and no alcohol. I gave it away at the bar.- The breakfast was mediocre - poor choice and not always acceptable quality.- The shower has no door, in 3 minutes the floor in the bathroom is totally wet

Disliked: IT'S BEEN REMODELING WHICH MAKE IT A LITTLE HARD TO USE ALL THE FACILITIES

Not that good

Liked: The people at the reception were very friendly. She helped us with locating some good breakfast spots in the area! Leaving your luggage was no problem. The bed was comfy and we got water in the fridge. Sadly the water was not restocked (we stayed for 3 nights).
Disliked: The room was incredibly hot. I don't really know what the thing was with the airconditioning, but saying it is 19 degrees and being so hot in the room is not really right.There were lots of lights in the room (like emergency lights) which were very bright at night. We couldn't close the doors of the shower really good, so the floor was always wet. We noticed that people have had this problem before because the woodframes around the door were visibly damaged. We took breakfast one time because we didn't have a lot of time and that was really disappointing. When products were all taken, we never saw it refilled.One time a door to get in the hallways was 'broken' and after trying several times, we had to take big detour to our room a couple of times. The building was being renovated, so we couldn't get on the rooftop and we had to keep the curtains closed at all times because of the people being able of looking at us.
