Pleasant

Liked: Upgraded to the pink cottage foc which was huge.Nice to have little garden to relax in.Spa was a bonus.Staff were really friendly.
Disliked: Shower was not great hardly any pressure.Restaurant menu had changed from online and very expensive.Bit run down but reflected in price.

Disliked: Rooms weren’t clean. Fousty smell in the room. Needs updating

Liked: The spa was good the hot tub needed cleaning and the area around the pool needed power washing
Disliked: Drinks very expensive the bed needs updating could feel the springs and two beds pushed together could feel the join and needs a lick of paint

Room 11

Liked: Think it's our 10th visit here over the years. Liz is very welcoming on the desk as always. Stayed in room 11 for the second time. Pink house is still the best for me
Disliked: Not the hotels fault pool shuts a little early on Sunday. No complimentary shampoo, but I'm sure if I'd ask they would assist
