Not as good as previous...

Liked: The room, for the top price, I thought was a little disappointing. It was only small things but for instance, not to have a glass in the room I thought was not good. In all probability I could have got the same for the cheapest price (unless you can tell me different). My wife and I have stayed here quite a few times and in my opinion it seems to be not as good as previous times. However the pool was very good. The breakfast was very ordinary and left much to be desired.

Lovely hotel with friendly and...

Liked: Beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Lovely staff (special.mention for the lady on reception with short hair..Her name began with L, and the young man cleaning out the pond.), Good service and great food. Our room was spotlessly clean, had a very comfortable bed and we loved the blackout blinds. We spent time in the pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room at the spa, which was also very clean, beautifully decorated and there was ample seating and beds around the pool. We will be back!
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. A special thank you to Rajesh, whose kindness, approachability, and exceptional customer care went far beyond our expectations. He made us feel so comfortable and valued throughout our stay. We also want to mention Stephanie, who was incredibly helpful and thoughtful when recommending a local hike. Thanks to her suggestion, we discovered a beautiful spot with stunning views that became one of the highlights of our trip. The spa facilities were incredible, the pool was spotless, beautifully kept, and very inviting, and the food was consistently good. The whole atmosphere was calming and beautiful — the perfect location to relax, recharge, and enjoy time together. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we are truly grateful for the warmth and professionalism of the staff. Highly recommended

Liked: The spa was great very relaxing The self-serve breakfast was great plenty of choices to choose from.
Disliked: Leaving the hotel to go home🤭

Liked: Upgraded to the pink cottage foc which was huge.Nice to have little garden to relax in.Spa was a bonus.Staff were really friendly.
Disliked: Shower was not great hardly any pressure.Restaurant menu had changed from online and very expensive.Bit run down but reflected in price.
