Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff. Good place for a group of friends.
Disliked: Dated, in need of some tlc, stained chairs, towels, peeling wallpaper, hole in bathroom flooring. Uncomfortable bed. Water wasn't draining and had to turn off in middle of showering.Nobody came to make up the room despite us putting sign on.Food was very expensive for what we had.Very expensive stay for the location and the standard.

Liked: Bed was so comfy. Room was very spacious. Breakfast had a good selection. Spa treatments were lovely as well as the pool area.
Disliked: Lipstick on coffee cup at breakfast was off putting.Scrambled egg was tasteless.

Liked: Good facilities with a nice Lengthy pool and jacuzzi.Rooms were alright with nice bathrooms and comfy beds.
Disliked: The TV was not working the whole time. Showed no signal on nearly all the channels. Some channels would just kept on switching to and back from low quality shows to the no signal screen.Staff lied to us about the pool. We rushed to check in at 7:15 pm, seeing their message that pool has access only until 8pm. Upon arrival the receptionist lied to us saying the pool is closed for the day already. Extremely disappointed at this.

Liked: The location was nice an food was nice but very over priced the food was in the restaurant.
Disliked: Staff and the lack of staff even could never find somebody. We had no light in our room told reception they just said nothing they could do. Reception tried making out I hadn't paid for room an breakfast on arrival even though showed them my booking confirmation and it saying paid. Room was very standard and pretty run down definitely wouldn't say it was a superior room like we paid for. Food was nice but very over priced the lamb Stifado was basically a lamb shank with a bowl full of dry potatoes. Drinks very over priced £12.20 for jd an coke. The whole hotel is would say needs revamping especially the rooms very poor quality have stayed in better Premier inns for less than half the price paid here. Was very disappointed and don't think I would stay here again.
