Liked: Breakfast was good muffins tea coffee. Lots of parking clean and quiet. 1/2 mile walk to downtown. Beach right out your window.

Liked: The location and views were magnificent and the accommodations were very comfortable. The pastries and coffee in the morning were also a pleasant surprise.
Disliked: The shower drain in room 303 needed to be held down to actually properly drain so that was very annoying and should get fixed

The stay was well worth...

Liked: The breakfast was good. More than enough and good quality. The location was perfect! Walking distance to most attractions in York. Also, even during the busy time of year, there was good privacy at the location.

We will stay here again...

Liked: This is a no frills hotel with excellent staff and excellent view. What we love about it is that it's quiet- no screaming kids, no rowdy crowds, no banging hotel doors. The view of the ocean and the private lawn overlooking the ocean are absolutely perfect.
Disliked: Just the price- increasing every year too an almost unattainable amount. I understand they need to be competitive, though. It's tough to stay for more than two nights when it costs $400 or more.

Disliked: We would definitely not stay on third floor.if there were stairs on property to beach would make it perfect!.
