Very enjoyable experience, highly recommend...

Liked: The location is on point, very easy walks to all different bars and restaurants. Loved having a bar downstairs, live music on Friday and Saturdays bonus. We couldn’t hear any music from upstairs. The included breakfast was great and full menu options. The service from all staff was exceptional.
Disliked: Be mindful this is an old building they have kept it well maintained but yes you will see old stairs and hear creaky floor boards but we were only there to sleep or have a beer

Right in the heart of...

Liked: Customs house is right in the heart of Hobart. So walking throughout the city, day and night is easy and spectacular. The breakfast included is at the restaurant attached to the pub. The food was so good. We decided to eat dinner there and it was also delicious. Staff were very friendly. The room was clean and modernised for an older building. Bed was comfortable. There were facilities to make tea and coffee.
Disliked: There is some noise from people late at night walking past the hotel. You definitely need to arrange parking with the hotel.

Liked: Location was amazing Very Comfortable.
Disliked: Even though we were warned about it being noisy- it was indeed very noisy on Thursday and Friday nights.

Disliked: It was noisy at night & while we did expect some noise being above a pub we didn’t not think there would be loud music & people talking loudly in the street until 3 am on the Saturday night
