Enjoyable 2 night stay.

Liked: Lovely staff, nice clean hotel, we could tell that they have spent a lot of money on new carpets & furnishings, our room had recently had new Double glazed windows installed.
Disliked: we were given a room in the basement ( room 4 ) it only had a view of the bushes & trees, we noticed from our window that a Rat was running around the garden area, but we did see a pest control box placed nearby, so the Hotel has taken measures to deal with the situation. ( Rats are everywhere these days no matter where you go ).With the room being in the basement there was a bad smell of damp in the room.

Good overnight stay

Liked: Location was good and room all thought basic and dated it was comfortable. Dining room staff very good and attentive with good food on offer
Disliked: Reception staff were somewhat helpful but didn’t seem interested in me as a customer.

Liked: comfortable clean room , good entertainment breakfast choices
Disliked: I am disabled and walk with a stick so I do think there should be parking spaces provided if you went out in the car you were lucky to park near the entrance you had to be searching for a space not good when your disabled. Also not a lot of room to move around in the toilet and shower room.

Bed for the night and...

Liked: We got a very good deal for a one night stay booked on the day of arrival. Hotel breakfast was very good value for money and room was comfortable and clean.
Disliked: It was quite a warm night outside but the room was very warm with no cooling.
