Liked: Bed was comfortable
Disliked: The electric blanket had an electrical fault and started to catch on fire. Also, I got an electric shock when we went to turn it off and unplug it.Windows did not seal, and there was a draft all the time. The heat pump was useless, and the plug for the bath was broken, but they did replace it. There were 4 lights that did not work due to blown bulbs and light switches broken as well. They state that all rooms are checked and are in good order before you arrive, but this was not the case it turned out to be a health and safety concern.

Spacious and comfy

Liked: The room was spacious and clean. The bed was large and very comfortable. The staff pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: The bathroom was a wet floor in every sense of the phrase. The whole floor got wet when having a shower. There was no extractor fan in the bathroom either.The electric kettle leaked water all over the bench.
