Set in a Grade II listed Georgian manor house Cuffern Manor is 3 miles from an award-winning national coastal path and the 2-mile long sandy beach at Newgale which offers surfing and canoeing. Free private parking is provided on site and free Wi-Fi is available in the majority of the hotel. Most rooms at Cuffern Manor feature an private bathroom with shared facilities in all others. Guests can watch TV or read a book in the 2 sitting areas one of which features a wood burner for the winter months and an extensive library of books. Fiddlers' Cottage is our 3-bedroom barn conversion with an open-plan kitchen a lounge a dining area and en suite wet rooms and en-suite with a bath. The 1-bedroom accommodations Bothy features a wood-burning stove one double bed with bath and shower room. Traditional Welsh breakfasts are available in the dining room and morning coffee/afternoon tea and cake can be provided for a small extra charge. Welsh beers ciders and wines are on offer at the bar with vegetarian/vegan evening meals available by prior arrangement. The county town of Haverfordwest is just 6 miles away and has banks shops libraries a museum swimming pool and restaurants. The Pembrokeshire National Park Coastal Path is just two miles away at Newgale.

overall a lovely stay and...

Liked: lovely house and beautiful grounds, including a lovely walled garden. Jane and Julian were lovely hosts. the house has a very interesting history.
Disliked: The only thing that was slightly tricky was negotiating the sharp turn to the entrance/drive, esp in the dark. otherwise we loved it.

peaceful and restful in beautiful...

Greatly location for our needs.

Liked: We loved the location and our hosts were friendly and welcoming.
Disliked: The facilities were minimal. The accommodation was cramped and headroom limited throughout. Self catering was extremely challenging as was storage for foodstuffs. The tv was not fully operational and the shower the same. It needs an update as a matter of urgency or should be described more accurately. Despite this, we enjoyed being in the area and wish the owners good luck with their business.

Very good

Liked: The host was very friendly and helpful for any kind of request or suggestion about locations to visit. A pleasure!Superb breakfast, with local ingredients: the best we had in Wales!Very good position to visit Pembroke National park.
Disliked: Some rooms (like the one we had) probably should be renovated, but in any case were clean and confortable.
