Liked: It’s an older property but this is the second time we have stayed and it’s always very clean

Liked: One level easy access for walking the dog was my primary reason for picking this area. Hot water excellent water pressure.
Disliked: Couple big stains on carpet when entering room with paying extra pet fee I would expect those areas to be spot cleaned. Yellow stains on shower, horrible cheap shower head water sprayed everywhere not really a great shower time.

Exceptional

Liked: Cuba Inn is the cleanest, best maintained "mom & pop" motel I've stayed in. I've stayed here twice. Great for a stop off the interstate, or Route 66. Excellent value, very, very clean, and very comfy. (and, no, I am not related to the owner).
Disliked: NA ... all good

Disliked: The furnishings are dated but that is not very important to me.

Old time motor lodge

Liked: It was a good price, easy to find, quiet.Bed and pillows were comfortable. At $60 was good for one night. No breakfast.
Disliked: Old time motor lodge. Furnishings were dated, but it was clean enough. Lighting in the sink area was poor.
