Liked: Buffet breakfast was cheaper because we stayed there. Tip - order eggs the way you like them. The scrambled eggs in the server were cold.Room was great and loved the lighting in the bathroom
Disliked: Interesting layout of the room - the lounge was in the corner and the table and chairs were pressed up against the lounge so you couldnt actually sit on the lounge

Liked: Building is gorgeous, beds are super comfortable and rooms are very modern - all positives if you can look past the mould in the bathroom and stains on the bedspread. I tried to be optimistic and look past it, but now after the poor service I've experienced from Crystalbrook Kingsley, I'm not willing to.
Disliked: This place is uncontactable. Tried ringing to organise parking, as instructed to do before checking in, after 10 hours of ringing & leaving messages, no response. Upon arrival, at midnight, I was told by staff that valet parking was included in the cost of my stay, so obviously opted for valet parking. 2 days later received an invoice which included an undisclosed $50 charge for valet parking. After sending multiple emails & calling the hotel to discuss this unauthorised charge I still have not gotten a response over a MONTH later. Not to mention, this charge is not detailed on their website anywhere, nor in the booking confirmation email where it states that parking needs to be booked in advance. Therefore, since the staff didn't disclose this charge, I had no way to know of it! Overall staff were not attentive and lacked in the customer service department. Not a kind or welcoming environment at all. Not surprising when their bosses clearly can't do their job either.
