DISASTROUS 63rd BIRTHDAY

Liked: The desk clerk is the ONLY thing that gets a positive review. Bobbi was AMAZING!
Disliked: ... EVERYTHING else! The balcony view is terrible . The air conditioner only worked in the living room, not the bedroom. The toilet was broken. You can only watch one channel on the living room t.v. You could watch multiple channels in the bedroom but, NO volume. It wouldn't have been a total bust if we could've changed the channel in the living room and watched it in the bedroom ( just having the sound from that t.v and picture from the other). Such a total DISAPPOINTMENT for my birthday!! I deserve a total refund. Nice way to spend my 63rd birthday!!!!
