Liked: I really liked the hotel's location, very close to the beach. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful
Disliked: The pillows and sheets were not as comfortable, I will be sure to bring my own pillow next time.

Liked: I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The front desk service, both during check-in and check-out, was excellent. The manager, Ben, was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming — truly one of the highlights of my experience.The room was spotless, with everything perfectly clean. The air conditioning worked very well, which made my stay even more comfortable. Overall, it was worth every penny.I used the parking lot provided by the hotel, which is about two blocks away, but there were also spots available in front of the hotel and on the property itself — parking was never an issue.I’ll definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Liked: Ben and Jonela are AMAZING!!! Although I just met them, they made us feel like family or honored guests. They made time to have real, meaningful conversations. They were so friendly and made great recommendations when asked about restaurants. Their motel is quiet, clean, and in a great location! -- huge bedroom, adequate lighting, comfortable, new beds and sofa, spotless refrigerator, nice table with chairs, tons of clean towels! I had a very memorable birthday getaway!

Liked: We needed an affordable place to sleep while at the beach, and weren't looking for much, but Crystal Sands exceeded our expectations in cleanliness and affordability. Staff was very polite as well!
Disliked: No complaints from my girlfriend or myself!
