Liked: Short ride to the beach and we enjoyed the pool which was right outside our sliding door the outside was well maintained
Disliked: It is an older motel so I wasn’t expecting perfection but I got stuck in the bathroom the door kept getting stuck I had to get help to open the door almost every time from my Daughters boyfriend

Liked: The service was very good. The staff were polite and nice. Good place to stay because of its location. Close to a lot of beaches.

Liked: I have been in transition with moving for months.. & have stayed at the Crystal Inn IN Neptune. This is Crystal is by far better than the one in Eatontown. Especially with Cleanliness. & the staff are super friendly and accommodating. Madeline, Porter and Emily.. & Barbara couldn't be nicer people. I would stay at the Crystal anyday over several hotels in the area. Madeleine runs a tight ship.. & that's exactly what is necessary to run and manage a nice hotel. Other places aren't nearly as clean as the Crystal in Neptune. Cheaper is not always the answer. Just Saying. Thanks to all the Crystal Inn staff in Neptune for always being so great to my mom & I
