Crystal Inn Hotel & Suites - Great Falls

Comfortable beds but very outdated...

Liked: Queen beds were comfortable. The hotel and rooms are incredibly dated.
Disliked: Couldn't be sure but looked like there was black mold in the bathtub.

Liked: The walking area for the dogs was great. The landscape looked great. The breakfast had many different choices. We had an issue with the a/c unit and the clerk at the front desk came to our room and fixed the problem.
Disliked: There was sand or rust that came out of the faucet in the tub.

Liked: Great customer service. Our flight was delayed and they can and picked us up at 3:30 in the morning. And she was so welcoming and helpful. We even got a thank you email and it said they hope we enjoy our trip and are able to get some sleep. Just made us feel like she cared. It was great.

Liked: Everything, very clean and comfortable . Staff extremely nice and helpful . Good location near the airport. I mile from mall and good restaurants. Gave us a coupon for a great steak house. Everything you need within 1 mile of the hotel. There is a Denny’s right next door.
Disliked: Nothing
