Liked: There was a fully equipped kitchen, with breakfast bar. Lounge area. Very comfortable bed, with separate bathroom areas.Fantastic location virtually on the beach, literally only a few feet away.Also free sunbeds available.Beautiful walk along beach path, running parallel between hotel and beach.Plenty of restaurants and cafes on your doorstep and supermarkets. Lots of bus stops running along Collins avenue.
Disliked: Only the fact there were no balcony to sit and have breakfast or an evening drink.

Liked: We enjoyed our overnight stay and hope to visit again one day. Our 1 bedroom suite was very clean and comfortable. Great and walkable location. No complaints about anything.

Liked: Use EXPEDIA BOOKING .com doesn’t have your back and lie they will only give a 10 percent refund and they didn’t even do that when they said they would they put us in an unsafe situation!
Disliked: Vile, Unsafe, and Unfit for Humans – Especially FamiliesIf I could give this place zero stars, I would. This so-called “hotel” is a nightmare—filthy, outdated, and dangerously unsafe. It should be shut down immediately. I wouldn’t let my dog sleep here, let alone bring a family.First off, the cleanliness is non-existent. The room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months—maybe years. The carpets were stained and sticky, the bathroom was coated in grime and black mold, and there was an overwhelming smell of rot, mildew, and neglect. There were bugs crawling on the floor and something that looked like dried vomit in the hallway. The bedding? Covered in stains, and yes, we found hairs and crumbs in the sheets. It was revolting.Now let’s talk about safety. This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen. The smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling with no battery. The lock on our door was broken—yes, broken. Exposed electrical wires in the hallway, missing light fixtures, and cracked windows that wouldn’t close made it feel more like an abandoned building than a hotel. Anyone could’ve walked in off the street. This is absolutely not a place you want to bring children.The photos online were clearly taken decades ago or doctored beyond recognition. Nothing about this place is suitable for guests, let alone families. This isn’t just a bad hotel—it’s a health and safety hazard. Management should be ashamed, and frankly, the city should intervene.Do NOT stay here. Do not risk your health, your safety, or your sanity. Stay literally anywhere else.
