Disliked: Staff not accommodating Maintenance took so much time fixing room we missed dinner

Disliked: Only would give us two wash cloths the whole trip. Had five people with us

Disliked: I wanted a ocean view near the boardwalk which I thought my room was going to be and I was in the main building but not a lot of view

Liked: The location is great! Right on the beach and close to food and activities.John at Baracuddas was the Best!
Disliked: The rooms are what you expect in a beach hotel. They could stand some updating, but overall, they serve their purpose .

Liked: location and value
Disliked: water for shower was cold and never fixed.check in was a painful process. My room was not done at 4 like promised. Then they were to notify me when it was done and didn't. Waited over an hour for my room. Only two people to handle check in-long lines. Restaurant and pool only open to 8. That is silly for an ocean front beach property. I will probably consider another hotel due to the early closure of bar and pool.On at least three occasions my room didn't get cleaned-which is ok-if clean towels were given to my room. I had to beg for towels.

Great place, great location, good...

Liked: Right on the north end of the boardwalk. They have quiet hours time form 10-6 and the other vacationers respected it. Room was clean, typical hotel room layout. No bedbug signs. Ample parking (street, garage, under building #1).
Disliked: Room could do with possibly an updated look. New TVs where visitors can use their streaming services.
