Liked: the Hotel location is great, room was clean sheet and towels well clean. I arrived early that day the the front desk person allow me to check in early that was super nice. I am so glad to had a great experiences at crystal hotel I will back

Liked: I really like the fact that it was what I would consider, steps away from the beach. I would have enjoyed it a little more had I known that everything in the hotel like the restaurant and the pool was closed, I love the Beach, but I do not get in the water, Yuck! Guess I should have picked a better weekend. I still enjoyed my stay.
Disliked: I didn't like the fact that it didn't have any smoking rooms, so there for I had to brave the elements to enjoy a past time that I enjoy. Even though, I know smoking is not good for me.

Will definitely not be stay...

Liked: The sofa bed had blood stains and the room was not the one I booked, they wouldn't change it to the original reservation that I had. Which it was a kitchenette with partial view and they gave me an regular room on the back building.
Disliked: Dirty mattress and awful smell on the extra blankets we ask for the sofa bed .
