Located in the shadows of Ben Nevis and overlooking the picturesque Loch Linnhe this hotel offers bed and breakfast accommodations 5 minutes' walk from the center of Fort William. This property includes a elevator and some rooms at the Cruachan feature stunning views of the loch and the Morvern Hills beyond. All feature a TV with satellite channels and free Wi-Fi is available throughout the building. Evening meals and bar food can be enjoyed in the spacious eating area or on the open terrace which features spectacular views. The food is made from locally sourced ingredients. Breakfast include a range of cooked items such as bacon and sausages as well as a buffet which includes cereals yogurt selection of mixed fruits and juice. The Cruachan Bar would open at 4 pm. Good location

Liked: Good location and has been recently renovated. Spotlessly clean. Single room was reasonable size.
Disliked: Breakfast was disappointing, refereed by officious staff with limited choice (no fresh fruit) and not the best quality-expected better for the price.

Superb

Liked: Really nice, modern and clean hotel in a great location. Staff were helpful with everything and rooms were of a high standard, clean and spacious.
Disliked: Wish I had stayed longer!

Disappointing for the expensive price.

Disliked: Room was far too hot - nobody thought to open the window prior to our stay or set up the fan that was in the wardrobe. The bed was uncomfortable and the room was VERY small for a couple, and up a lot of stairs. The restaurant was disappointing - over priced and poor quality, reheated food. Parking was also difficult and not onside.

Poor

Disliked: Shower dripped, when other room using their shower. Breakfast poor, might as well not include Breakfast. Customer service very average.
