overall can't complain for my...

Liked: Great Location, ample parking, excellent staff, and superb facilities. Good-sized rooms and a kitchenette. Loads to do at the resort, but also a short drive (all be it single lane country roads) around North Devon. Quick walk into Croyde village.
Disliked: Not excellent beach access, but a short walk to the nearest campsite offers a nicer beach access option.

Pleasant, clean, comfortable, friendly.

Liked: Location near Downend of Croyde Bay. A short walk through dunes to the beach, or along road to the village shops. Lovely staff, clean room, well maintained communal and outdoor areas.
Disliked: No air con in room.
