Central location in Lancaster

Liked: It was our second time staying at the Crows Hotel. The location is very convenient for the centre of Lancaster, including the station, and the room is very comfortable. The kitchen area is very useful.
Disliked: We liked everything

Reasonable room; good bed; nice...

Liked: It was a clean, generally well-maintained property but it is not an hotel It's 'furnished rooms'. On the main street in the middle of town but generally quiet and safe. The cleaner was excellent and friendly. There was a wet patch on the floor which was from a leaking pipe, I assume. The bed was good. Otherwise fairly basic.
Disliked: See above. 'Hotel' is the wrong word.

Lovely!

Liked: Everything was really lovely. Comfy large bed (room 3). Big TV!
Disliked: You can hear traffic noise even though at the back of the hotel. This is not the fault of the hotel, and luckily it didn't affect my sleep :)

Room was fine but lost...

Liked: The room was spacious and extremely clean and tidy. Nice bathroom. Self check-in worked OK
Disliked: I left behind a book I was reading and emailed about them sending it on to me. No reply, so I followed up with a phone call. Would have been happy to pay postage. But they have a policy of charging a flat rate of £20 to send on any lost property. This seemed very steep to me for just a paperback book so I declined.

Disliked: the room I stayed in this time (#6) is slightly smaller than previous rooms, however no less comfortable
