Luxurious and friendly

Liked: Too nice for the price. The staff were so nice when checking in and helping with requests. Excellent rooms and the most impressive hotel breakfast I’ve seen!
Disliked: It’s a little bit away from downtown, but the subway and trams are very accessible.

The plaza was great and...

Liked: It was clean and the rooftop bar and breakfast area were great.
Disliked: There was no water available in the plaza for a few hours. We could not use the toilet or showers and it was in the evening hours.
