Crowne Plaza Virginia Beach Town Center by IHG

I chose this hotel based...

Liked: Room was comfortable with nice contemporary decor. The black metal accents are classy.
Disliked: The outside of the building, specifically the entrance needs a “fresh”er look (eg. painting, asphalt paving, landscaping, lighting). It looks dreary.Housekeeping did not refill body gel which was empry and the bath mat was missing.

Everything was Exceptional

Liked: The friendliness of the staff as soon as you entered the door
Disliked: I liked everything location and all

Disliked: Staff was rude during breakfast time. One employee was on the phone the entire time.

Disliked: What I didn't like that and I let the young lady at the front desk know. That I had mold

My stay was nice I...

Liked: Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Bartender and the Man at the front desk were very professional and nice! I love that they keep the pool open later than most places that was pretty cool. The hotel was very nice and clean. Not rooms.
Disliked: The rooms weren't very clean, housekeeping needs to be checked better. I had to clean the tables and counter tops prior to my kids touching anything, there was still food from the last visitors in the fridge and the floors weren't cleaned good as well. Nice rooms but they for sure need better attention. Could call front desk from the room phone either which was weird?

Disliked: Huge roach in hallway upon arrival found by my daughter who didn’t sleep the entire night.
