Disliked: Paid for a double room with an ocean side view - got stuck in a single with a side view due to the hotel being overbooked. Management was unable to correct the problem due to my third-party transaction.

Liked: Property is so clean and love that it’s right on the beach! Walked through the parking lot to get to the beach. Super nice and convenient. Our valet guy was super friendly. The view was amazing both day and night! Loved this hotel!

It's a great property, but...

Liked: Clean, great location. Close to water, restaurants, freeway entrance, etc.
Disliked: Traffic from the fair, and other events, road closures, place was packed. You're forced to valet, as the other lot was blocked off. I paid for parking through the site, and they still wanted to charge me.

Overall, OK for a one-night...

Liked: Room was perfect, comfortable, clean, spacious, modern.
Disliked: Lobby chaotic. Too few elevators, and they were slow. Lobby-adjacent restaurant had good food and service, but tables and floor area were unattractive, shabby, dirty and sticky.
