Disliked: Paid for a double room with an ocean side view - got stuck in a single with a side view due to the hotel being overbooked. Management was unable to correct the problem due to my third-party transaction.

Great hotel; worth the $$!

Liked: The room was extreemly nice! Very clean! Bed and pillows very comfortable. Staff helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the music at the bar and lunch on the pier and walking around downtown.
Disliked: We were on the second floor and our sliding doors opened onto a roof. Some guy (maybe another guest?) came running by while I was standing there. Also, didn't really like the view of the roof but it was nice to go out there and see the ocean. So not terribly bad. Next time I'll get a higher floor for a better view.

Not grand for the price...

Liked: Parking was a problem, if valet is the only option they should of had more staff.The breakfast was delicious and staff friendly.
Disliked: Could use a face-lift.
