Very comfortable hotel conveniently located...

Liked: Excellent location in the center of things and next to a train station that went everywhere! The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were first rate - friendly and went out of the way to be helpful. Best staff I've ever experienced at a hotel.
Disliked: The instructions on finding the hotel from the train station could have been clearer. For instance, I didn't know that the hotel was actually on the 2nd floor of a shopping center, and was not a stand-alone building! Locals who I asked for directions to the hotel hadn't heard of it.

Liked: Super friendly staff, felt very welcome. Excellent breakfast, clean and equipped gym, very convenient location. Wow!

Disliked: I'm not a fan of AI air-conditioning. I wanted to switch it off and keep the window open, but AI decided on itself to turn yourself on....
