My friends and I went to a wedding in Mississauga. I'm currently in Scarborough which is about a 30 to 45 minute drive east of this hotel. I called ahead and asked for our rooms to be beside each other or conjoined. I was on the 11th and they were on the 8th. It was all booked on one card. My room was a little small but looked renovated. Their room was a bit bigger but a little more on the shabbier side. Both faucets for the tub were falling off and we also had to pay for parking.

Disliked: Asked for conjoined rooms or rooms beside each other. We were on two different floors. Had to pay for parking. Faucets for the sinks were falling off.

Liked: Comfortable and clean rooms; friendly staff who were willing to do their upmost to make my visit enjoyable. From start (on-line reservation) to the stay was perfect!

Disliked: I don't generally leave reviews often, but I had a terrible experience so felt the need. Was switched to 3 rooms. No AC in the first 2 and the units were pumping out hot air and were inhospitable after a few minutes. The manager was helpful eventually but only after having to speak to a number of people who did not care to listen about the room issues. Clearly understaffed, the staff were stressed and didn't seem to have the capacity to help. Felt bad but had to push for my issues to be resolved which I never like to do. Arrived at 730 but didn't get into my final room until midnight. First room was dirty. Second wasn't much better. Third was ok. Restaurant service was slow. Just a poor experience overall.

Disliked: The price of my order is for 4 adults including breakfast. The service staff informed me that only 2 breakfasts are provided in one room, and said that if we have any questions, please contact BOOKING ourselves. The hotel website does not explain this rule. I think 2 people should be refunded. A very inconsiderate hotel. The room facilities only provide supplies for 2 people.
