My friends and I went to a wedding in Mississauga. I'm currently in Scarborough which is about a 30 to 45 minute drive east of this hotel. I called ahead and asked for our rooms to be beside each other or conjoined. I was on the 11th and they were on the 8th. It was all booked on one card. My room was a little small but looked renovated. Their room was a bit bigger but a little more on the shabbier side. Both faucets for the tub were falling off and we also had to pay for parking.
Disliked: Asked for conjoined rooms or rooms beside each other. We were on two different floors. Had to pay for parking. Faucets for the sinks were falling off.

Liked: Comfortable and clean rooms; friendly staff who were willing to do their upmost to make my visit enjoyable. From start (on-line reservation) to the stay was perfect!

Disappointing
Liked: If you prefer a quiet location or a place near the airport, this hotel is suitable.
Disliked: I understand that a deposit is required upon check-in. However, after I checked out, the hotel sent me an email stating that I would receive the deposit refund within 3 to 5 days. But when I contacted my bank, they told me the release had not been lifted by the hotel, so I only received the money back after the bank’s automatic 21-day hold period.I also noticed that another British traveler had a similar experience from other comments — he was overcharged more than 500 CAD for the deposit, and the hotel responded by saying it was a system glitch.During my stay, my debit card was being pre-authorized every night for 170 CAD per night. That’s not a small amount. Although no actual charge was made, I was unable to use the funds during my trip.Most of the front desk staffs were patient. Unfortunately, one male staff member was clearly indifferent. Also, I could hear the staffs commenting about other guests, even from distance. Like, "She's a terrible resident." Still, I appreciate the majority of the staffs and that the housekeeping staff were very attentive.

Liked: There was a water break issue and no one was allowed to checkin. Customers had to make new reservations at another hotel at their own costs.

Disliked: Being charged for an extra night, after we arrived( which eventually they agreed to refund, no apology).Then, sending us an email the day BEFORE we were due to check out, stating that it was our check out day.Again no apology for their mistakes.Constant queues at the reception as there was always only one member of staff on duty.It's definitely a hotel that should be on Crowne Plaza's list for a full refurbishment. It feels tired and jaded in all areas. Only the fact that the beds were large and comfy saves it from minus zero rating.

Disliked: I was not informed until arriving after a long flight that construction work has resulted in the property having no water. I should have been messaged on the booking.com app. When I arrived it took about 20 minutes to be informed that there was no room and lack of awareness that I had paid for the room already via booking.com. I was provided alternative accommodation at a cheaper hotel at no additional cost and the hotel covered the taxi ride. I arrived at the property which attempted to charge me as did the taxi driver due to lack of communication. I had not only received a message from the hotel a few hours before arriving they were excited to welcome me.

Good location but service not...

Disliked: Booking didnt work as expected. When purchasing on booking.com, the stay was sold as “breakfast included in the price” and the reception staff was still trying to charge me extra explaining that “breakfast for all is not included in the package”. Breakfast was very underwhelming with the range offered, everything was running out too quickly and not replenished quickly enough. Two towels for four people in the room and delivery of extra ones took almost an hour and several chasers
