Crowne Plaza Toronto Airport By IHG

My friends and I went to a wedding in Mississauga. I'm currently in Scarborough which is about a 30 to 45 minute drive east of this hotel. I called ahead and asked for our rooms to be beside each other or conjoined. I was on the 11th and they were on the 8th. It was all booked on one card. My room was a little small but looked renovated. Their room was a bit bigger but a little more on the shabbier side. Both faucets for the tub were falling off and we also had to pay for parking.

Disliked: Asked for conjoined rooms or rooms beside each other. We were on two different floors. Had to pay for parking. Faucets for the sinks were falling off.

Liked: Comfortable and clean rooms; friendly staff who were willing to do their upmost to make my visit enjoyable. From start (on-line reservation) to the stay was perfect!

Liked: The staff was very friendly and professional, the facilities were clean, and I felt safe and comfortable during my entire stay, the pool was warm and the restaurant was amazing.
Disliked: The elevators were really slow, and on our checkout day it seemed like only one of five were running as the same one was the one to keep opening, full of people despite waiting 10 minutes for the elevator.

Would recommend if you're looking...

Liked: Clean and spacious room. Great breakfast and nice staff. Great location even if you want to go spend the day downtown. The 12pm checkout is very enjoyable!
Disliked: The view from the room wasn't ideal as it's under construction right in front of the building. There are some planes flying right over the hotel but I did not mind at all. And this hotel is quite expensive.

Perfectly acceptable

Disliked: Restaurant in hotel had closed when we checked in; we were tired and wanted something simple but hot. Only Boston Pizza was open and nearby, but staff did not point that out to us.

Great, Comfrotable, Affordable

Liked: Very close to the airport. We checked in late and that was easy along with onsite parking for a fee. IT was a short stay but it was perfect. Loved the added touch of a nice machine in the room to drown out the airplane and car sounds.
