Crowne Plaza Syracuse

The staff was very friendly. They waived the parking fee for us and gave us each a card for a free drink. The hotel itself was beautiful. Would definitely go back. Also loved the skyline view at night from the room.

We were extremely pleased with our stay; we had dinner at the hotel which was amazing. All the staff was very kind. The location was perfect for where we were going. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Liked: When we arrived at the hotel to check in we were informed by a guard that the hotel had closed 3 days ago. No one bothered to tell us.

Disliked: Made reservation through booking.com, reservation was confirmed through you. Even called and talked to someone at the hotel on oct. 4th. To confirm again. Much to our surprise, we show up on oct 6th to check in only to find a sign on the door that they permanently closed on Oct. 2nd!! No one told me that, not Booking.com and Not even the women I spoke with on oct. 4th. We were left stranded, along with alot of other people. Thankfully the Parkview hotel, which was next door had one room left and were happy to accommodate us. There was a concert in town, which is why we were there and all the hotels in the area were completely booked. I was surprised that you weren't aware of this closure, to give notice of the closure to all who booked that hotel through you., and was even more surprised The women I talked to at the hotel on oct 4th never mentioned it at all. The crowne plaza did not charge my card, and they better not under the circumstances.Parkview hotel gets 5 stars for their personable staff and for accommodating us.

Liked: Checking out went wonderful. Couldn't wait to leave. As a matter fact it was the best part of my stay! There was absolutely nothing that my husband and I actually liked.
Disliked: The fact that I walked into a dirty room with unmade beds.That after complaining to the front desk and getting an attitude from the girl, they gave us a new room that had a man already sleeping in bed. That the third and final room they gave us also dirty, crusty towel near the sink, dirty tissues stuffed back into the tissue box, bottle caps on the floor, and one of the beds was missing bedding leaving the mattress exposed.
