Nice stay, good location and...

Liked: The staff at Crowne Plaza were excellent, very helpful and pleasant. The room was very nice, clean and spacious. Breakfast in the Restaurant was great.
Disliked: Our only critisism is that the pool was very cold and you could see that anyone that would brave getting in would get straight out, very sad for kids on holiday, we swam at the beach every morning and found that the ocean was warmer than the pool.

Upset and will never book...

Liked: I’m very upset with the receptionist. I booked two nights from two separate order, when check in, I clearly told receiptionest I need one day breakfast and I paid them by cash, and double checked with her about the breakfast time and location, but next morning, they said I did not book breakfast and need to pay money, I have no any evidence since I paid the cash. After I check out , they told me they will return the deposit in few working days but already 10 days after check out I still not received my deposit,when I called the hotel, nobody answer. Never never met such worse place .
