Liked: The room, the bed. And linen..
Disliked: I'm a frequent gest. This month 3 times.And I can't see it at my IHG app...Nothing diferent

Liked: The staff was very friendly and nice.
Disliked: Had to call about changing the bedskirt in my room.

Liked: Walls, furniture were in good condition. Carpet wa horrible.
Disliked: The carpet in the room was deplorable. Needs replaced!

Disliked: I'm pretty sure I saw drug addicts and prostitutes in the lobby. I got the feeling based on the location this is common at this hotel.
