Delighted with our stay. All...

Liked: Hotel very well situated by town centre and river. Liked the spa. My partner was delighted to find a mirror in the bedroom with a power point for her hair dryer etc. next to it so she could do her hair outside of a steamy bathroom. She says every hotel should do this!
Disliked: Nothing really, except perhaps free parking for guests.

Exceptional

Liked: Breakfast was wonderful...anything you want without waiting for staff. Friendly staff; new carpet in the hallways.
Disliked: Poor water pressure meant a poor shower experience

Liked: Very comfy room.Excellent breakfast
Disliked: Was charged twice, refunded on request.But it was only me checking statement that noticed the error.Leisure facilities had no towels so had to use room towels.Room towels had makeup stains on from previous guest.

Great overnight stay with friends...

Liked: Overnight stay with friends to see the city and go to the theatre. Very comfortable large hotel
Disliked: Large check in queues if there at wrong time
