Great comfortable clean hotel,good location...

Liked: The location and cleanliness and the comfortable beds.
Disliked: The shower wasn’t brilliant but it was only a tiny moan.

Not worth the money.. poor...

Disliked: Bar prices are spank. over £9 for a single baileys. Slow service one bar staff on most of Saturday night.Broken coffee machine in bar area .Absolute scam that you charge parking despite folk paying over £140 for just a room.

Great hotel, staff fantastic, professional...

Liked: Room given did have a musty smell but reception dealt with the issue quickly and moved us to a different room without a problem. Staff great, hotel lovely, great location.

Underwhelming.

Liked: Room was nice and clean, great location.
Disliked: Had to queue on arrival in reception to be checked in, not enough staff on for the volume of guests.Air conditioner in our room (3041) was too noisy to be left running at night it sounded awful and led to uncomfortable night.Breakfast was a complete disaster, we arrived in the Restaurant at 9.45am and there was a queue as far as the bar area just to wait and be seated. After 15 minutes of the queue not moving we gave up, checked out and drove to McDonalds instead. Paying another £12 to park the car as a guest was the icing on the cake not to make us want to return in future
