Liked: We were very satisfied with rooms evening meal and breakfast overall we enjoyed our stay
Disliked: It would be better to have e walk in showers in rooms

Disliked: Breakfast was poor. I think Premier Inn is better. Fried eggs like rubber. Bacon tough. Enjoyed a healthy shot first day but no more for rest of week.

Exceptional

Liked: It was my mum and dad's 50th wedding anniversary and staying at their favourite hotel made it even better. The staff were very friendly and the kids loved the pool.
Disliked: Nothing

A nice hotel spoiled by...

Liked: Spacious well presented rooms
Disliked: 1 - the drains in my bathroom smelled. They need cleaning and flushing properly.2 - poor security - anyone can access all floors via an unattended unlocked leisure centre door at the back of the property.3 - my visit was 4 nights the first 3 as part of a BASC block booking during which we were served an evening buffet meal. The food was barely lukewarm.
