Disappointing

Disliked: In the booking it stated it came with breakfast and after I booked it didn’t state anything about breakfast so it became an extra charge! So No breakfast for us and that was the reason for booking this place. Management was uncooperative in this matter.

Clean, good staff but needs...

Liked: Staff were very pleasant at check-in and breakfast. Our iron was broken and room service brought a new one up immediately. Room had some nice renovations.
Disliked: Hotel is worn and in need of updates. Lots of scuff marks and things looked dirty, even if they weren't.

Clean, comfortable, never disappoints

Liked: My room was clean and comfortable, the hallways were spotless and smelled wonderful. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. There was some sort of issue with the cash registers at the coffee shop/breakfast bar but they were so sweet about it and made accommodations, and made sure everyone was taken care of. The girls serving breakfast ensured everything was fresh and it was all delicious!
Disliked: I have zero complaints. This is my third time staying at this location and I have only had great experiences.

Excellent stay

Liked: Very nice, large room, nice pool and gym, enjoyed the the Starbucks in lobby for morning coffee.
Disliked: Had to ask for my room to be cleaned and towels to be delivered even though I put the sign on the door each day. Was done quickly once requested from the front desk.
