Disliked: Uncomfortable bed, room not ready on time, few minor issues in the room. A little dissapointing for the rating of hotel.

Liked: Very close to the shops and train station,we used it for the nec about £14 by uber.
Disliked: I did not think the bar was well stocked go a 4 star hotel

Liked: Located near to shops, short walk to train station.

Nice place, slightly disorganised.

Liked: Room comfort, location to amenities within Solihull and proximity to NEC for event. The bar and restaurant were not bad either.
Disliked: The spa was really tired as were the changing facilities. There was considerable confusion upon checking in to the property. I was lead booker and rooms were mis allocated this subsequently caused confusion with checking out as different people were staying for different periods of time.
